Accolade Wines, the number one wine company in Australia and the UK by volume, and the fifth largest wine company in the world, honored suppliers at their annual awards dinner.  Constantia Flexibles was honored with the prestigious Supplier of the Year award, as well as the Highest On Time In Full Performance, and Excellence in Quality awards.

The strong and collaborative partnership between Constantia Flexibles and Accolade Wines is the backbone of these successes. “They have also transformed how they innovate with us, they have been at the forefront of bringing us new ideas and technologies and embraced the ‘challenges’ that we have continued to throw them,” said Donna Ross, Accolade’s Operations Planning Manager, when naming Constantia Flexibles as their Supplier of the Year.

In addition to strong leadership, Constantia Flexibles was recognized for excellent customer service, exemplary supply chain management, and a leading approach to quality management.  “Constantia Flexibles has consistently achieved the highest on time, in full delivery performance,” said Ross.  “They continue to outperform all other suppliers with regard to the number of NCR’s per million units sold to us – a staggeringly low 0.000003%.  Not only are they quick, they also have had no instances of repeat root causes, suggesting the quality of their NCR close out is 100% effective.”
